1. Who is this website designed for?
We’re aiming at people with a serious interest in becoming a gigolo, hiring a gigolo and having a short-term relationship of this kind. This is a premium global Gigolo website which has achieved great results and matched loads of happy ladies with their gigolos. If you seriously wish to meet a gigolo (women) or if you serously wish to start a gigolo job (men), we’ll do our best to offer you a sufficient number of relevant counterparts who want to meet someone like you. This website gives you space to get in contact with each other.
2. Is this a free service?
All women have the basic functionality for FREE. The women's Basic Service includes the right to search for gigolos' profiles, send private messages to gigolos, the right to request email addresses of up to 5 registered gigolos, send them direct emails and the right to reply to all gigolos' messages immediately (if she wants to, of course). With the Complete Service active, women get access to a map displaying all gigolos globally and the right to request email addresses of another 15 registered gigolos.
A gigolo signs up and sets up his profile for free. However, the gigolo's profile and offer remains invisible to women until the gigolo activates the Complete Service. By activating, he gets access to the Search and can send as many messages as he wants. Until then, his profile can only be seen from paid female profiles. However, paying females basically never look up gigolos. That is, to become visible and able to arrange a meeting, you need to activate Complete Services. Almost 100% of contact comes from gigolos. Women are understandably a bit shy in this respect.
With active Complete Services, a gigolo can access the Search section to find ladies to arrange meetings with and use all our advanced functions: browse any and all female profiles, send them private messages and reply without limitations, and send emails to women. The gigolo can arrange as many meetings as he wishes and pays no commission to the website. All the earnings go to the gigolo himself.
3. Where do I find the main menu on my mobile?
If you're using mobile, you can see five icons at the top:
The first icon (the heart) leads to the Panel, the second to the Search, the third shows you the Panel ads, the envelope gets you to your Inbox and the last one to the right (i.e. the one with three horizontal lines) is the menu icon. Tap this icon and you get the full menu, including your profile, Insights, Settings or the log-out option.

4. How do I change my profile photo or edit my profile?
Is there anything in your profile you’d like to edit? A typo? You can revise your profile at any time by clicking My Profile at the top. Then click Edit and enter the details you want to share with others.
The same applies to the profile image - in the same section, click on "Upload a profile photo" heading right under your image. Please note that the photo must be smaller than 4 megabytes (4MB).
Now others can see your awesome profile image and you can view the photos and profile of your potential counterparts as well! So make suer that the image you upload is representative!
Please, also note that we do not accept nude pictures as profile photos. Don't upload such images as such pictures will be deleted by our team and your account (profile) hidden from women on our website.
Remember that an interesting profile full of meaningful information and a nice image sparks your counterpart's interest. Maybe someone follows the same tv series or is the matching zodiac sign... On the other hand, be careful with personal and confidential information. Your address, phone number or even email should not appear in your profile. Reserve this information for the right person only!

5. How do I read messages from my counterparts?
To read messages from other users, click Inbox in the taskbar (top right). Information about your incoming messages will appear. These are arranged chronologically, starting with the most recent ones. Now you can be sure that no messages will ever escape your attention!

6. How do I find Settings and how do I log out of my account?
For Settings and to simply Log out, click your nickname in the upper right corner which gives you the Settings and Log out options. The Settings section enables you to adjust your account and profile.
If you've activated the VIP or Exclusive Service you may need to log out and log back in after a short while. This procedure is important for your device to notice that you've become a paid member with the VIP or Exclusive Service activated. Otherwise, the machine is unwittingly wasting your precious time!

7. How do I log out of my account on my mobile phone?
Browsing some websites on the phone is a pain. No matter how large your phone’s display or how delicate your fingers, such websites just don’t behave! But don’t worry. This website isn’t complicated. Just go to the upper right corner and click the icon with three lines. You’ll see a menu with several options. Click your nickname and select the Log out option and that’s it! The gif above shows both the computer and the mobile log-out process.
8. Should I activate the Complete Service?
The paid (Complete) services offer great features. Firstly, a gigolo's offer and profile is invisible to women in the free mode. Besides, a user with the paid services can view, search and chat with potential partners without limitations. There's no limit to the number of meetings arranged and all the money goes to the gigolo. The website does not take any commission. Plus, you get a bunch of guidelines both in emails and the pdf format inside your account on the web.
We grant the Complete Service to anyone who pays for the functions and services with a card. The best type is a credit card. With this service activated, you'll receive instant email notifications from us every time someone checks and/or likes your profile etc. If you like the person in question, you can arrange a meeting immediately. This immediate action and reaction highly increases your chances for a succesful match.
Payment for the Service by means of a card inside our website is recurring. If your have the Complete Service subscription activated, you will see it in the Settings -> List of payments. By clicking on “Cancel subscription” under the list, you cancel the subscription and automatic payments.
9. What should I do if my card gets declined during the payment process?
If you're paying by card and it gets declined for some reason, you have three options.
You can try the same card once again or another card if you have any.
You can try another payment option (see point 10).
You can contact your bank and authorise the payment.
10. What payment methods can I use?
A card (credit / debit / virtual cards)
We accept most common popular credit or debit cards such as Visa or MasterCard, no matter which bank issued it or which country it was issued in. The card, however, must be designed for international payments. The card payments are being processed by a renowned financial institution: SecurionPay. SecurionPay is a Swiss company covered by German banks. So don't worry, your card details are in a really safe place and secured at the highest level. Thank you, globalization!
11. What if I forget my password?
All those passwords, PINs and codes you have to remember! Who doesn't forget them from time to time?
Fortunately, this problem has an easy solution on our website. Go to the Homepage and put in the email address that you use for the website, hit "Enter" and click on “Forgotten password?”. Soon, you’ll receive a message to the same email address with a link. Click the link, which opens a new window. Choose your new password in this new window. From now on, you're going to use your newly set password to log in.
12. How do I delete my profile on this website?
If you want to delete your profile, go to Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page, all the way to the Account Status section, and select “Permanently delete my account”. You will be asked to provide a reason why you decided to delete your account. This is not because we want to be intrusive. We are continuously working on the website and any feedback is highly appreciated and super-important for us.
